The reference number for the application is D18A/0551

In 2015 an application for a similar development on this site was refused by dlrcc, and refused on appeal by An Bord Pleanála.

The article about the burial site we posted yesterday is located on this site.

Above is an aerial photo of the site and marked the site in red. Two houses on the old bray rd will be demolished to provide access to the development.

We would encourage residents of Brennanstown in particular to share this with their neighbours. This development if it goes ahead will have a significant impact on Brennanstown and its surroundings. Its will also significantly increase the amount of traffic through Cabinteely Village.

Deadline for observations on this additional information is close of business Wednesday 9th January.
No fee applies if you have previously made a submission on this application.
