Woodlands For Health is a FREE 10 week walking programme.

  • Guided weekly social walks in a woodland setting
  • Wednesdays between 11am – 2pm, during August, September and October
  • Free transport to the walking locations from the harbour plaza, Dun Laoghaire.
  • Participants must be over 18
