We live on Glen Lawn Drive, came back from shopping and caught an extremely rough looking man in a battered red BMW (90-D), window down, parked outside our house starting up at it. The moment he saw us pull up he immediately sped up the road, did a U-turn, and sped back down past us, almost hitting another car in the process.
